除了在首都地拉那机场可以做核算检测之外，阿尔巴尼亚卫生和社会保障部还核验了如下具有核算检测资质的私有机构：

根据第437令，卫生和社会保障部部长 2020 年 7 月 23 日“批准对 SARS-COV-2 进行分子 RT-PCR 检测的程序，并认可非公共实验室进行行政需求检测， 已满足在以下公共结构中执行 RT-PCR 测试的标准：
